Dogs of all sizes and colors strutted their stuff at "Dogue Vogue," a fashion show for dogs, on the Town Green in Ladera Ranch on Saturday, Oct. 4.

The fashion show was part of the second annual Oktoberfest event sponsored by the Ladera Ranch Chamber of Commerce.

Orange County Sheriff Sandra Hutchens served as a judge for the contest.

Hutchens and three other judges selected winners from five categories, including holiday/costume, owner-pet look-alikes, casual wear, lingerie/pajamas and formal wear.

Winners received a trophy and a dog pillow bed filled with goodies.

I was thinking more along the lines of: "It takes one to know one."

She's still an orange county housewife at heart, apparently.

So what category of show was the trophy in front of her for? I've never been to a dog show, but they have different types of awards given, right?

I can't make it out clearly, but it appears to be Best of Breed.

I wonder if she is one of the judges that fondles the testicles of the males?

That might explain her job advancement.
