Default Change and Transformation in the OCSD

September 8, The last change happens, Mike Hillmann takes over Field Operations Command, Jack Anderson moves to Professional Services Command. Everybody else is already in place.

This is by far the largest Captain movement in the History of OCSD. 9 of the 14 Captains have been moved. These Captains have been put in excellent positions that utilize their skills. IF the SHEriff leaves them alone.

We already have one Captain that took two hits for the team (HAD to fall on his own sword) because she changed her mind on two issues.

That is the problem with this chain of command. They are only as good as their leader. Sad but true.
