Default Amateur hour with Sheriff Hutchens PART III

To All PSRs,

As you know, Sheriff Hutchens has tasked this office with the recall of the PSR badges. We have recently sent those of you who have not yet returned your badge a self-addressed, stamped mailer to make this process as painless as possible. However, it has come to my attention that in our haste, we neglected to include any sort of a cover letter or instructions.

I sincerely apologize for this oversight and ask for your patience as we attempt to manage this very large task in addition to our regular duties.

Respectfully,

Lieutenant Tom Slayton

PSR Coordinator

I think this pretty much sums up how OCSD tipped the scale:

Are those the envelopes that were supposed to be sent out weeks ago?

The ones people were waiting for per OCSD instructions that now are just going out? In the mean time they had much glea in reporting how few badges had been returned?
