So either the SHEriff is lying or the Captain is. Considering I have seen the letters, I think the captain is telling the truth for the MOST part.
Avid Shooters are not the only ones getting the letters. Over half are business people that did not mention "Avid Shooter". They make deposit and deal with cash.
