having your sights off is relative... two people can pick up the same handgun and it might shoot two different places... hold/grip/build/muscles/sights/trigger jerk etc. all come into play...on our department guns, about 30% have to have the sight moved to the right... Glock says that is about par and they haven't been able to explain it... although most of our officers shoot so poorly they wouldn't know...

Me..I have an astigmatism... most guns shoot left for me... until I adjust the sights... centered often won't work.. then I get new glasses and have to re-adjust again sometimes...
Being mostly blind...iron sights are a bother....
but I LOVE red dots!
The first set of XD sights I removed to replace with 24/7's took about an hour to get off... the 2nd set about half that... the 3rd set.... steel punch and big honkin' mallet... 20 sec.
