If those six categories were made public, OCSD would be forced to assume that anyone using one of this six read it on a message board and didn't actually have the good cause; in other words, if it were made public, OCSD would have to invalidate them and start over from square one. It would reverse all the progress that has been made to date. That's just common sense to me.
