Those six categories will probably not be made known to the general public. I'm only guessing here, but the reason would be that good cause statements would not be personal good cause statements anymore. There would be a ton of generic stuff that won't fit YOUR situation.
No, I do not know the details of OC's policy as I am from Sacramento. I'm just looking at this from a logical standpoint.
