IT IS TRUE! I have known about for years. I'm not going to dime off competition. I have told disgruntled students to contact PSD. No sure if they have, judging by the people coming out of the wood work, I don't think they have.
Look at it from their perspective, they will be admitting to PSD they put the cart before horse. What would PSD do to them IF they were to reapply with a legitimate good cause two years later.
