I don’t have anything against training with the other vendor/instructor, as I have trained with him in the past. However, Greg has provided me with so much of his time, weather it be giving advice or providing services for free, that I feel compelled to train with Greg in order to give back a little of what he’s given to me.
Not only that, but past training with Greg has been extremely fun and informative.

Sounds like that instructor will have a lot of angry students calling him after they get denied. If I was one of those students, I would be asking for a refund!
I'm just glad we have someone like CCWI on this site to offer his expertise and to give us correct information. Without this site and him, I probably would never have even applied.
In addition to his CCW class, I'd also highly recommend taking his other training classes. I've taken many of them already and will say that I learned a lot and had a lot of fun. If you don't have a rifle, shotgun, or handgun to use for a class, he will supply them. Once you get in to the intermediate class and higher, you begin to work with holsters and speed loaders. Very good practice for anyone thinking about applying for a CCW.
