I think there's a little bit of "piling on" here...
He's new the forum and I believe he did not take into consideration the full implications of what he was saying...
He's been scolded, he's apologized, and that should be it for now... Let's give him a chance to show what he can contribute to the board before we "show him the door...."
Alex, I hope this is a lesson learned... We expect a lot from each other. At minimum we expect everyone to obey the law. (No matter how dumb a particular law may be.)
Lets hope with the weight of Heller behind us, some day this issue goes away.....
