Glad to meet you at BC yesterday!
This was my second time in BHG2 in as many months, first time through with a borrowed (thank you CCWI & FI!) S&W 38 Sp, second BHG1 with a 9 mm Glock compact (now, now, be nice please!), this most recent with a Glock 45 sub-compact.
The first three classes, shots went where I willed them to go, but putting everything together with the sub-compact .45 auto will take me longer.
Of course I could whine about the heat, or argue that it was the newness of the gun, or the different caliber, or distraction that my son was shooting *much* better than I... but honestly: me following the instructors' wisdom consistently will take more practice.
