Gawd, I've developed baaaaaaad habits. I didn't realize just how much those habits were affecting my performance, until Sunday. Having been previously military trained, I "forgot" some of that training over the years. Thanks to CCWI and his staff of instructors, I was able to begin my rehab.

A special thank you to swdr, who reminded me to keep my focus. I also learned that, as good as I was (and I wasn't too bad), there was and still is lots of room for improvement.
