The article doesn't really say much. I mean how much more can you really say about keeping your hands up at the ready. I thought the pictures were really great though. Especially towards the bottom when it shows the Secret Service agents outside of the country openly carrying full auto rifles.

As just a civi who has had occaisional SS contact, I found these pics interesting. During contact, I had noticed a similarity to their movements, but had not really thought it through. Good link and pics. Hats off to them, they can never be wrong.
As for the scarf guy, I suspect he had it wadded up in searches and wore it later. There is no way they would have let him thorugh the gate wearing
that scarf ...
