When someone comes into my store with a fanny pack or a stuffed toy (gangs in Ontario used to carry guns in their girlfriend's Teddy Bears), it SCREAMS
"GUN" !!! Unless you are in a vacation area where everyone is wearing fanny packs, I would advise not to. You will certainly get my attention. Until I am able to clearly identify you as a non-threat, I will exercise extreme caution with you. Not the most comfortable shopping experience for either of us.
If you carry concealed, carry in such a way that you do not advertise. It is well known/urban legend that dirt bags carry weapons in fanny packs. I would prefer not to be classified with their lot.
In my opinion, carrying concealed is between you, God, and the law. I don't advertise, and a fanny pack does....
