When you pick up your application
set up your interview appointment while you are there because it could take 6 - 8 months for an interview. They are really backed up. As you will find out, the people there are very friendly. And after you have your interview, they will set up the safety class at the Sheriff's station and you will really enjoy that. The instructors are really great.
