from my understanding....
Doesn't matter what guns or can be no guns listed on your application.
-get approved
-take livescan
-take 16hr class
-then when the person has his guns and qualifies and gets inspected. THAT qualification paper is what PSD uses to input guns and serial numbers on the CCW.
