Congratulations, but I'm confused. Unless I'm mistaken (CCWI, can you straighten me out on this?) you have to list the guns you want on your permit, by serial number, on your application, and you have to qualify with and have those guns inspected before your CCW is typed up.
How can your license be ready to pick up if you haven't even purchased your gun(s) yet?
