It does look like someone threw up nylon.
It's a pretty big pack. Good for fishing, hiking, camping, etc. I wouldn't recommend wearing around town (unless you live in the outdoors)
. The nice thing about it however is that when in the situations listed above, it looks like a waist carried hydration pack (which it is), instead of something to tote around your firearm. It's also big enough to carry your largest framed weapons.
