IWB holsters are probably the best bet. Get a leather one that has two belt loops, they will stay in position all day, and one loop or a spring clip will move about during the day, which will cause you to adjust it and if you do that while someone is watching that is a type of printing. I don't like composite holsters and I made my own out of leather( I am pretty good with leather) and made one belt loop but I made it in such a way that it doesn't move during carry. A really good IWB will cost some bucks but they are worth it in the long run if you can afford it.

There is also a holster on the market that fits under your pants in the front(directly in front) and they claim it is totally invisible. I have never used one, but you can do a search on the web and find many different types of CCW holsters, give it a try. Google Concealed Carry Holsters for a start.
