When I met with Melissa about 2 weeks ago for my initial interview and to turn in my application, she told me to call her if I didn't hear back within a week. I called exactly one week later and she had gotten my initial approval back from the lieutenant that morning and emailed everthing to me. She has been awesome-very cooperative and helpful.
