I'm not a fan of the Uncle Mike's pouches, but I know others are. I've never been happy with the fit.

Mika's Holsters are nothing to look at, but are very well regarded and cheap.
Mika's Pocket Holsters - Custom Made Pocket Holsters, Waistband Holsters, Vest Holsters, Tactical Pocket Mirrors And Much More.

I really like the Pocket Concealment Systems holsters. Good quality custom leather. Pocket Concealment Systems, Inc.: Pocket Holsters - they are (sometimes) stocked by Lightning Arms, which is where I picked mine up from.

Of course there's Milt Sparks and Alessi, but IMHO overkill for a pocket holster and you have to wait.

The one I've been using most, believe it or not, is a cheap Aker that I got at the gun show for $5. It's the really cheap brown leather (actually, more like a cross between cardboard and leather) rough on both sides, but it works. Of course the *only* reason I'm using this over my nice PCS holster is that I haven't taken the time to break it in a loosen it up a little yet. As soon as I do, you'll probably see a cheap Aker pocket holster for sale for $10
