Wow. Those are some pretty sweeping statements.
While they may hold true for you (and your height, weight and body shape), many here will disagree with you.
Rather than projecting your experience on others, I suggest you construct your statements to be in a more "personal experience" format.
I don't to be rude but I've noticed your comments/grammatical style seem to rub people the wrong way. I only bring this up in case you don't realize it. Sometimes the intent of a post doesn't translate well onto the computer screen (no inflections or subtlety).
