Shoot 3 inch groups at 7 yards, slow fire. From low-ready, have a buddy tap your shoulder (or fake it yourself) and come up on target as fast as you can and still hit in your 5 inch ring at 7 yards -- then try to reduce *that* to 3 inches. Hit an 8 inch ring at 25 yards, slow fire. Practice the same one-handed (both weak- and strong-hand). Compete in IDPA.
