RE:unsafe firearms... the law said it is "not unsafe" if it is on the list... that is how agencies can buy off list guns... they aren't unsafe...they just have not been certified as not-unsafe..... I wish some lawyer would go after a large agency that issues off-list guns... just to get the agencies on board with our disgust with the law....

It is just like your HSC card, it's about money. If you don't pay, you can't play. In the real world they call it extortion, in their world they like to call it a testing fee..
