Wearing clothes a size or two too large so you can carry inside the waistband is something a guy can fix with a belt and look just fine. For a lady, clothing that is too large means it's baggy around the butt and thighs, and looks sloppy and obviously too big, especially if it's a suit.

Granted, but hip-huggers aren't the way to go either. I realize that women are built bigger in the hips than are men, so carrying IWB may be much more difficult for women. It seems to me therefore, that wearing low riding jeans would only exacerbate the problem (make the gun stick out even more).
