I've been asking the same question...The Gimper & ChrisG decided to do some experimenting the other night - I borrowed AMS Mikey's IWB holster (Since I don't own one) & ChrisG belt (since I don't own one of those either)...I believe the conclusion we came to that evening was that IWBs and low rise True Religion jeans were not good friends.
However, with a slightly loose t-shirt or hoodie, I could totally pull it off - which actually really surprised me.
