I called Novak today to order some Craig Spegel grips for my Colt .380. I told the guy who answered the phone what I needed, and he said, "Let me make sure I've got them in stock." After a minute he came back and said, "Yep. I've got them right here in my hand."

I placed my order, and he said they'd ship out today or Monday. I told him I really needed them in a hurry and asked if he could ship them overnight. He asked me if I wanted just regular overnight, or did I need overnight with a Saturday delivery. I told him that if he could get them out today with overnight Saturday delivery I'd take that, otherwise regular overnight would be fine. He said, "OK. I'll see if I can do that. You'll either have them Saturday or Monday."

It wasn't five minutes later that he called me back to let me know that they were going out today, with Saturday delivery. So I'll have them tomorrow.

Now that's great customer service!
