Get a copy of his mugshot from the S.O. and go door to door with his photo on a flyer describing the incidents. Post them everywhere around the property...find out what he drives and put the description of his vehicle on the flyer as well.
Get me his full name and I will get his address for you, as well as list of convictions. Go to his neighborhood and talk to neighbors with the flyers in hand about what he's been up to in your neighborhood.
