True.
Same can be said for operating a motor vehicle. But, sadly millions of people drink & drive every day.

I just find it interesting that NV law is more stricter on DUI (BAC 0.08) than it is while being in control of a firearm while intoxicated (BAC 0.10).

I believe the NV legislature realize that a majority of citizens that carry conceal are responsible and are more lenient towards them on the matter of alcohol consumption. I also think that the law was written the way it is, in order to cover off-duty LEOs that carry and drink.

My friends and I have always gone off the principle that the designated driver is also the designated CCW. But, if the law says it's okay to have a drink while carrying, then I'm not going to judge you if you do.
