It may be legal to drink
"responsibly" while CCW in Nevada but it's not very smart.
If you ever need to defend yourself or a family member, you need your wits about you. You want a clear mind and self-defense skills that are not impaired in any way. You'll want all the tactical advantage you can get.
You also should consider all the ramifications of defending yourself in a civil trial following a self-defense shooting.
IMHO - Indulging in any activity that causes physical or mental impairment while CCW is irresponsible.
