With a valid CCW permit (NV, AK, AR, FL, LA, MO, NE, TN, UT), you can carry just about anywhere in NV.
Only places restricted are "public buildings".
"Public buildings" are defined by NV law [NRS 202.3673] as 'any building or office space occupied by: (1) Any component of the Nevada System of Higher Education and used for any purpose related to the System; or (2) The Federal Government, the State of Nevada or any county, city, school district or other political subdivision of the State of Nevada and used for any public purpose.'
So, if it's not a "public building", you can legally carry in there.
You may encounter buildings/businesses with "no weapons" signs and/or metal detectors posted at their entrances, but they have no legal weight and is a tresspassing charge if you get caught in there and refuse to leave the property.
According to NV law [NRS 202.257], you can legally consume alcohol while carrying concealed. You just have to make sure your BAC is under .10.
So, keep your handgun(s) concealed [even though NV is an open carry state, walking around with an exposed handgun tends to scare the tourists, which displeases the casinos and LE] and drink responsibily while carrying in NV.
