The way this was marketed was that they were tired of Colorado Residents foregoing the CO CCW and just getting a UT one and carrying in CO...they lost revenue. But somewhere in the shuffle, the antis left out a key part, and made ALL Non Res permits invalid, and not offer CO Non Residents...
So, the only people who have the right to protect themselves in CO is CO residents...
Somehow, that sounds vaguely familiar...hmmmmmmmm
