Actually, it was just last year that they changed it. Colorado will not honor a non-resident Utah or Florida CCW. That is one of the reasons my family and I did not go back to Durango for skiing at Christmas this year. We went there last Christmas, and I CCW'd the whole time we were out of California (except while on skis, that could hurt, the way I ski).

Folks like you need to write the Gov and the Tourist Board and let them know how their policy is keeping you from spending your money in their state!
