I have these sights on my Sig 245. If you are targeting COM targets or the larger bullseye targets they work just fine. For smaller targets the "lollipop" front sight was not meant for precise targeting because the front sight will be larger than the intended target. I have hear it explained as "is it a combat weapon or a target gun?" For low light conditions they are a big help, but mine are not luminous. Once you get past how big they appear, you will do just fine.
