I'm using a generic pocket holster so there's no issue (Uncle Mike's sidekick size 3). OC Resident has a fitted leather pocket holster that the Novak sights jam up the draw a little. I would imagine the larger XS sight would further impede the draw as it is taller and wider. It would be important to pick a fitted leather holster that has a good sized sight channel.
