I can attest to the friendliness. Took the family there last summer (7/4/09) and Chris was a great help in lending advice for my wife and daughter, and on making recommendations for future purchases (caliber, size, brand).
Once at the rifle range, Roy gave my son a box of 22 LR to shoot up, and another time, gave me a partial box of 308. Everybody's been friendly and helpful.
I'll try to find the time to get down there in the next couple of weeks and ask about the training.
