I'm not a betting man....but at first glance....
I'd expect that the following would vote for an individual rights view:
Roberts
Scalia
Kennedy
Thomas
Alito
and Ginsberg could be a wild card given her civil rights background.
Anyway, that's still five of nine...so I'm hopeful...
