I have been using Federal Hydra Shock bullets and carrying it in a Tommy Gunpack I’m 5’11” and 240lb it seams to be the best way for me to carry it I’m not a vest or coat kind of guy and being its been around a 100 plus degrease the last few weeks a vest really doesn’t go with shorts and a Tee-shirt maybe someone could recommend something a little better then the fanny pack I’m kind of new to carrying and could use all the help I could get on all fronts.

Thanks Forynot
You are right -- currently you can't use a 1911 style (single action first shot) pistol in Riverside County. I hope that will change. Option is a Kimber LDA.
