carrying while a passanger in a car
I was thinking about this the other day. I remember the SBC sheriff deputy stated during our CCW class that if pulled over by law enforcement it is a requirement you enforce the officer that you have a permit to carry and are armed prior to doing any motion to get your wallet/insurance.
What about if you are a passenger? Are you obligated to tell the officer at that point.
I remember him mentioning once you are the subject of his discussion you should let him know. eg. I remember him saying that if you are on the street and go up to an officer to ask for directions you don't need to tell him
