I was wondering that on the permit, the issue date is Aug. 31, 2009, I did my livescan on Aug. 13, 2009.
Is it possible that the permit was ready for pick-up at that date or a day or 2 later?
I never did recieve a phone call from the SO.
On a hunch, I called the SO 2 months and 1 day after the livescan, just wondering here, and no big deal anyway now that the paper is in my wallet
