Anyways, the no laser rule has been in place for a long time. Also do you know what problem with a laser on a firearm is? It's a nice big fat arrow pointing out where the shooter is as he's trying to take aim...... So big part of it woudl be officer safety.

A laser doesn't work that way. Are you thinking about a gun mounted flashlight?
