As a past representative of a specialty lubricant manufacturer ... not Lucas Oil .... I would trust their testing and product selection. If they recommend it for a tranny, it works, if they recommend it for engine wear, it works, if they recommend it for guns .... I am sure it works.

I cringe at the 3 in 1 comment .... it offers very little metal to metal protection, but is an oil that attracts dirt and is slippery to the touch ..... that's about it.
