I should also point out again that the bill doesn't seem to limit how much you can buy but rather who can sell. I'm guessing Walmart wouldn't bother. Who knows what foolishness would be involved in getting registered as an ammo seller? Would police have to purchase from the same vendors? Would you have to have the equivalent of an FFL to sell ammo?
