I buy ammo in bulk as it is very hard to come by as it is.
This bill will adversely affect the legitimate use of firearms and will in no way affect a criminals ability to get ammunition, or keep anyone from purchasing on the black market or in other states.
Once again this is feel good legislation so you can try and bull**** your constituents into thinking you are actually doing something worthwhile.
