My email to DeLeon, Leno, CCing DeLeon's staff members since he so nicely puts their email addresses on his website, and heck KFI's John & Ken too since they have their Head On A Stick campaign going on:

I find it absolutely deplorable that you're instead spending your time introducing and pushing bills such as AB962 (making it a crime to privately transfer 50 rounds of ammunition) and SB585 (preventing gun shows at Cow Palace). These bills are not only a waste of time and will have no measurable impact on public safety, but they will further reduce sales tax revenues. It's time to stop pushing business out of this state, even when you don't particularly like the industry.
It's time to stop making new feel-good laws and start focusing on how this state is going to survive economically.
