The comment on the "get out of jail free" card was in reference to the, (As I understood it), the previous post about the OC sheriff getting into a collision with another car while driving and seemingly it was swept under the carpet. Very little, if anything was reported. Info is sketchy, I am not sure about details since there is no available info to the serfs.
