It might be interesting to find out from DOJ, just who got the bill for the changes requested by "Hutch". My guess would be that the DOJ billed Orange County or the OCSD.

Seriously, OCCCWS needs to PRA the DOJ for
ALL the correspondence & billing, related to the changes they made on behalf of OCSD's early expiration program.
If for no other reason than to show the voters what Hutch has cost them by imposing her will on decent, law abiding citizens.
