IMHO Front Sight offers compressed training while I prefer to gain a set of skills, practice and then go back for the next skillset thereby building a foundation. I think that trying to reinforce four days of training with range practice would be too large of a piece to bite off and new skills will be lost while breaking the training into one-day chunks is easier to gain and retain new skills.
Consider the training offered by Fire Arms Training starting with basic, intermediate, advanced training to develop the skills over a span of time. Then offering the opportunity to work on specialty skills. With the intervening time between sessions one can practice, reinforce and make the training their skills. (yes, I owe me a couple more sessions)
That's just my opinion based on 15+ years of adult training (teaching USAF pilots and fighter pilots).

1 'grey training certificate' can be used by 2 people taking the same class together for 2 days each instead of 1 person for 4 days. The training is good, the days are long and I saw even complete beginners come away with a lot of confidence and new skills but retail price is very high. A large part of their training relies on dry fire practice to reduce your time to draw and fire after the class (of course).
