I am also shocked that an issuing agency would pull it for that reason. If it was a constant thing happening with the holder I would say pull it. A one time deal? I'd be pretty pissed.

This happens in other counties too. A Long Beach Police officer grabs at a fanny pack at a movie theater and yells "what this!" The CCW holder say "None of your Business!" The cops calls OCSD, the permit gets pulls.
Then the fun begins . . . . . .
The CCW holder happens to be a surgeon at LBMMC, saves the Chief of Long Beach PD sons life after he shoots himself in the butt at the range. The Doc calls the Chief. The Doctor gets a written letter of apology from the officer and the CCW was reissued.
Would you like the names of those involved. Cobb knows the whole story.
