If one has a CCW and decided not to renewal. After it expires, is it the usual case that it CLETS will indicate "CCW expired"?

If revocations do go out, will DoJ record indicate "CCW revoked" or "CCW expired", as on CLETS? I can see applying for future or other CCW permits: Have you ever been revoked? Answer: No, but I had my CA CCW go through forced early expiration...
